3. User-Generated Content
You may create, submit, and interact with AI-generated characters ("Characters"). You retain ownership of the original content you submit, but by posting on our platform, you grant DurenAi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.
Guidelines:
- Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Characters may be inspired by popular works but must not copy or mimic existing IP or likeness.
- NSFW content is allowed but must be clearly labeled and comply with our Community Guidelines.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities.
- Impersonate others or use the likeness of real people without consent.
- Upload malicious code or spam.
- Violate our Community Guidelines.
5. Content Monitoring
DurenAi reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All DurenAi branding, software, and platform elements are owned by us. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of AI responses. DurenAi is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
